Great forward thinking company to work for. Duties include, communicating with customers and suppliers via phone or email. IT duties using MS Office and bespoke software, data entry, taking enquiries and some general office administration duties.
Role
- Inputting bookings into a system
- Dealing with customer on telephone and face to face
- Emailing suppliers and dealing with shipping customer services
- Working with customers to resolve any issues
- Answer and find solutions to complaints
- Give advice to other service providers
- General administration, to include emails, market research and Word/Excel packages
- Data entry
Training
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard award
- Functional Skills maths and English (if required)
- All training will be on the job, and support will be in place via Juniper Skills coaches
- A full-time position is available upon timely completion of apprenticeship
