Essential experience required-

Must have sold enterprise solutions to Chief People Officers or HR teams/HR Directors

Must have sold complex IT solutions ideally SaaS. Consultative selling

Must have a proven track record exceeding sales targets selling enterprise solutions consultatively

From a SaaS vendor, IT services company or VAR

Understands the full sales process managing customers from initiating the opportunity, through discovery and to close the deals
