🚀 Business Development Manager – Enterprise Technology | UK (Hybrid)
💼 £60,000 – £70,000 basic + uncapped OTE
We’re working with a high-growth, specialist connectivity and network solutions provider to hire a Business Development Manager focused on winning new enterprise customers across the UK.
This is a new business role within a well-supported environment, ideal for a commercially driven salesperson who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors and closing complex deals.
🔍 The Role
You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and winning large enterprise customers, working across industries where connectivity and network performance are business-critical.
You’ll have strong internal backing, including marketing support, SDR-generated pipeline and technical pre-sales, allowing you to focus on what you do best – winning new business.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive new enterprise customer acquisition across the UK
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Engage senior stakeholders across technical and commercial functions
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles
- Work closely with technical teams to shape tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management

- Proven track record in new business / hunting roles
- Experience selling complex technology solutions (e.g. networking, telecoms, infrastructure, SaaS, or similar)
- Experience engaging enterprise-level customers
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, driven and comfortable in a high-performance environment
