Enterprise Account Manager – Insurance SaaS

📍 Home-based, England | 💰 Up to £140k base + uncapped OTE

ESP is retained on a confidential search for a high-growth insurance SaaS platform vendor, expanding its UK enterprise sales team after major client wins.

The role:

Sell a modern SaaS platform that helps insurers ditch legacy systems, speed up product launches, and improve customer experience. You'll build pipeline through senior prospecting and own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close.

What you'll do:

  • Own strategic account/territory plans across enterprise insurers
  • Build C-level relationships across transformation, claims, billing, ops & tech
  • Lead long-cycle, high-value SaaS deals end-to-end
  • Partner with presales, product, CS and marketing to shape propositions

What we're looking for:

  • Proven enterprise SaaS/software sales experience in insurance
  • Track record selling to C-level/transformation stakeholders
  • True hunter mentality – proactive pipeline builder
  • Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Based in England, able to travel as needed
