🚀 Enterprise Account Manager – Connectivity / Network Solutions | UK (Hybrid – Norwich)
💼 £60,000 – £70,000 basic + quarterly bonus
We’re working with a growing specialist technology provider to hire an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of key customers across the shipping, logistics and transport sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term enterprise relationships, driving account growth and working on solutions that are critical to operational performance.
🔍 The Role
You’ll take ownership of a number of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, growth and long-term value.
Working closely with technical and delivery teams, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimise their connectivity and communications environments while identifying opportunities for expansion.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers
- Build strong relationships with senior commercial and technical stakeholders
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead account planning and customer engagement strategies
- Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Travel as required across the UK and occasionally EMEA
✅ What they’re looking for
- Experience in an Enterprise Account Manager or similar role
- Background in technology sales (e.g. networking, telecoms, connectivity, infrastructure or similar)
- OR strong experience within the shipping, logistics or transport sectors
- Proven ability to grow and develop existing accounts
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven with a consultative approach
