We specialise in installation, maintenance, repair, configuration and staging of IT equipment for some of the UKs largest retailers.Driven by customer satisfaction and supported by a dedicated, hard-working team, we continue to grow and are now looking to expand our Field Service team.The RoleAs a Field Service Engineer (EPOS) , youll be working on customer sites across the UK, carrying out the replacement and swap-out of retail IT equipment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring regular travel and a professional, problem-solving mindset.Typical working hours for scheduled calls are 08:30 17:30 , with work rostered across 5 days out of 7, including alternate weekends.A clean UK driving licence is essential , as extensive driving is required.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out on-site EPOS and retail IT equipment swap-outs in line with customer contractsDeliver a professional, customer-focused service at all timesCollect required parts from courier depots when necessaryMaintain, audit and manage van stock accuratelyFollow all company procedures for parts handling, repairs and returnsUse the company call management system via web or mobile correctlyComplete all paperwork accurately and in line with customer requirementsSupport project work and installations as requiredEnsure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures on customer sitesMaintain company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy conditionAttend Head Office for training and meetings when requiredWhat Were Looking ForEssentialField service or customer-facing experienceConfident working with Windows and IT systemsExcellent communication and organisational skillsCalm under pressure with a strong can-do attitudeProfessional appearance and customer-focused approachDefensive driving skills and a clean UK driving licenceDesirableTechnical engineering backgroundIT product repair experienceTPBN1_UKTJ
