IT Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated and reliable IT Apprentice to join our team. No previous experience in the industry is required - we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful long-term career.
Role
- Refurbishing multifunction printers and photocopiers by repairing or replacing worn and faulty components
- Assisting experienced engineers on customer service visits
- Supporting the installation and setup of new devices at customer sites
- Shadowing our IT support team and learning how remote technical support is delivered
- Delivering consumables and supplies to customers when required
- Learning diagnostic and troubleshooting skills from experienced professionals

- Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell
