We are a commercial Recruitment Agency, so we focus on roles you would find in the head office: Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Admin etc. Although it is helpful for you to pick an area in which you focus on, so you can learn the industry to a higher level.

We are looking for both:

• 360 consultants, this is where you would take on your own clients and fill the positions yourself
• Resourcers, these are 180 consultants. You would be given work to fill, this role wouldn’t require you to do any new business.

The duties below are for a 360 consultant, but if you prefer to go for a Resourcer role, you can take out the new business element.

Duties include:

• 360 consultants, manage clients & candidates
• New business – build a desk/ pipeline
• Retention of business
• Dealing with large numbers of calls, emails
• Booking interviews
• Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants
• Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage
• Advertising of vacancies
• Sourcing job boards for suitable candidates
• Registering candidates
• Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK
