My client is a lovely company, very innovative, driven and honest people and they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their team. This role will offer lots of progression and development for the right person.

Duties:

• Researching prospects, generating and updating prospect lists

• Building the sales funnel with a high-level of outbound activity

• Conducting outbound calls, emails and social outreach to both warm and cold leads

• Qualifying leads

• Building trust and rapport with prospects then scheduling meetings for senior BDMs to attend

• Identifying and developing key decision-makers relationships

• Seeking opportunities to upsell

• Working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies

• Maintaining detailed records on company CRM

• Achieving set KPIs on call activity, pipeline development and meetings booked

• Staying updated on industry trends

• Staying updated with company products and competitor offerings

• Handling customer data responsibly and ensuring GDPR compliance
