What You'll Be Doing

• Managing your own niche within the technology market and developing it into a high-performing desk
• Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients — founders, engineering leaders, CTOs and hiring managers
• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, qualification, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer management
• Running structured business development: outreach, market mapping, client meetings, and tailored solutions
• Contributing to team strategy, market insights, and brand presence within your vertical

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months recruitment experience (any sector; tech experience is an advantage but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Curiosity about the technology sector and a willingness to develop real market knowledge
• A positive, resilient approach to challenges and setbacks
• Someone who enjoys a professional, collaborative office environment — 5 days a week in our London HQ
• Genuine ambition to grow your desk, your earnings, and your career
