💰 High base + uncapped commission
This is one of those roles where you’re not building from zero — you’re stepping into something that already works, and scaling it properly.
The business:
- ~30 heads across Tech, Finance & Legal
- Strong reputation and embedded client base
- Previously had a 5-person SAP team that performed well
- Now looking to rebuild and go again — properly

- 100+ existing clients using SAP (this is not theoretical BD)
- Warm database of SAP candidates already built
- Proven demand across their client base
- Leadership that understands the market and will back it
This is a genuine “build a desk / build a team” opportunity — without the usual cold-start pain.
The role
You’ll take ownership of the SAP vertical and rebuild it into a high-performing desk.
- Re-engage existing SAP clients
- Leverage a warm candidate network
- Win new business where needed (but you’re not starting from scratch)
- Bill well, then scale — with the option to hire beneath you
This can suit:
- A Senior Consultant wanting to step up
- A Principal / Lead who wants more ownership and upside

- Proven billing history in SAP recruitment
- Contract or perm (both can work)
