These innovations create opportunities for exceptionally talented individuals to contribute to the success of this evolution, working alongside some of the industry's top professionals and leveraging the very latest technology.Your skills and background:· Typical Years of Experience: 8-10 years total IT experience, 4-6+ years IT BA Experience,· Experience in the Gas Operations and Trading Domain, especially the understanding of European Gas Markets· End to End experience with European Gas- Market Onboarding- Asset Lifecycle- Long Term Trading- Short Term Trading- Nominations Process and Portfolio Balancing- Capacity Management and Auctions- Allocations Management- ETRM Experience· Knowledge of physical Gas trading· Knowledge of short-term Gas trading preferably European Intra-day and Day Ahead markets· Solutioning End to End IT Integration for Gas Trading.· Complex interface management with solution designs avoiding potential bottlenecks· Capability to challenge stakeholders of all seniorities, drive prioritization and influence direction of travel· Experience of using Business Analysis techniques and tools with significant experience in project deliverables including the ability to:o Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirementso Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options In additon to: · Experience working in Agile project Delivery· Experience in managing complex data and analysis· Experience working in geographically distributed teams· Experience with programming languages an advantage (XSLT, JavaScript, VBA)This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
