Operational Project Manager Stabilisation + Risk Reduction

Responsibilities

Extensive support & operations management experience, & ops risk experience (service performance, stability, availability, incidents, problem management, opex management)

Good infrastructure and environment literacy (capacity, resilience, prod/non prod, change freezes)

Deep Non Functional Rrequirements understanding (performance, availability, recoverability, supportability) and how to make them measurable

Analytical mindset to spot repeat root causes and systemic issues

Executive safe communication to turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations

Optional skills:

Degree. 10+ years in IT with 5+ years delivering progressively larger and more complex projects up to $5m, teams up to 20.

Ideally a PDF accreditation or Prince or similar within Project Management

Communication and resilience. Story telling, Entrepreneurial skills.

*This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
