Senior Python Engineer - 6-12 Month Initial Contract

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Python Engineer with experience using Pyspark and Azure technologies to join a long-term project at a Global Energy Company.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
• Hands-on experience with PySpark for large-scale data transformations
• Skilled in SQL for querying, optimising, and managing data
• Familiar with Azure cloud infrastructure and deployment best practices
• Solid understanding of containers, microservices, and functional design patterns
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Committed to code quality through unit testing (e.g. PyTest)
