Business Analyst

I have been mandated by my client, in the insurance industry, to grow out their junior-mid level Business Analyst team.

The successful individuals will be involved in a variety of different change initiatives within the organisation, including but not limited to core application change, data transformation, organisational change.

To be considered for the opportunity you must have:

  • Insurance experience, preferably Lloyd's experience but would be open to retail.
  • Participate/lead in workshops
  • Proven experience in business requirements gathering and process modelling.
  • Hands-on experience supporting complex transformation or system change programmes.
  • Ability to operate within structured governance frameworks and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Commercial awareness with strong problem‐solving capability.
