Data SME Culture Analyst

Data SME Culture Analyst / London / 6-12 months / Start ASAP

The initial need is for 2 Data Culture Analysts who can help with data design in ongoing projects, following the needs that have been identified in their data fluency survey.

• My client need to drive a Data Culture and data first mindset in all existing projects and programs to enable an AI driven future
• At the moment solutions are designed without considering the data run time 13hrs or 13 mins to pull the data through if they go to AI- need to infiltrate the teams delivering programs with a Data SME or Data Culture Analyst- 2 initially
• Ability to work with Senior and Technical Stakeholders on complex projects as a Data SME
• Initial projects likely to be Finance and HR domain or corporate services
• Project will involve educating on how data will be presented/the value add that good data culture will have for teams in the future and training needs analysis at a later stage - they don't know what good can look like currently
• Insurance isn't a prereq
• They are doing a Data Masterclass/ Culture training these roles will support these programs in Q4 in addition
• We have the opportunity to scale the team up from 2 - 10
