Location: Hybrid (London, 2–3 days per week)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent | Full-time

About the Role

An established organisation is looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Manage r to lead complex digital and technology projects as part of a major transformation programme.

You’ll take ownership of delivering enterprise-scale solutions - such as CRM, ERP, or business system implementations - ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital and technology projects
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources
• Oversee governance, RAID, and progress reporting
• Collaborate across product, BA, architecture, and technical teams
• Balance Agile delivery with structured project management
• Mitigate risks and ensure quality outcomes

About You

• Strong background in technical or digital project delivery
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or enterprise system projects
• Skilled in Agile, Prince2, or similar methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Proficient in Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project
• Knowledge of SDLC, risk, and change management

Desirable:

Experience in complex or regulated environments (e.g. education, public sector, or enterprise).
