Job summary

Are you passionate about improving patient care through digital innovation? We are looking for a motivated and experienced healthcare professional to lead on 2 key digital transformation projects within our Trust. This role will focus on implementing patient questionnaires into our patient portal and adopting ambient voice technology across clinical teams.
You will work closely with clinical teams, digital services, and senior stakeholders to deliver change, manage project plans, and ensure successful adoption of new digital tools. The post holder will also have the opportunity to contribute to other digital initiatives aligned within our strategy.

The post holder will lead the delivery of 2 key digital transformation projects to implement patient questionnaires within the Trust's patient portal and the adoption of ambient voice technology across the trust.
They will work closely with clinical teams, digital services, and the CNIO to ensure successful design, configuration, and deployment of digital solutions that enhance patient experience and clinical workflows. The role will also provide flexibility to support other digital initiatives aligned with the Trust's digital strategy.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Registered healthcare professional (NMC Nursing & Midwifery Council or HCPC Health and Care Professional Council)
- Project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile)
Experience
- Clinical practice within an acute setting
- Previous experience in digital transformation or EPR (Electronic Patient Record) projects
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of NHS digital strategies and health technologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, ability to lead projects
- Knowledge of patient portal systems and questionnaire workflows
- Previous experience in digital transformation or EPR (Electronic Patient Record) projects
Specific Job Requirements
