Digital Change Analyst/Trainer
Job summary
We're looking for a Digital Trainer/Change Analyst to support the training and change elements of key digital projects, including EmPoweR, our programme to deliver a full Electronic Patient Record to our acute services.
The role can be based at either Conquest Hospital, St Leonards or Eastbourne DGH with the requirement to travel cross-site and work from both acute and community locations.
Main duties of the job
In this role you will work with Trust staff to ensure that the training provided on our digital systems is of a high standard, with responsibility for the delivery of training scripts and manuals.
You will ensure that staff engage in effective change management processes to enable the delivery of identified benefits from clinical and non-clinical digital systems.
Youwill have responsibility to provide feedback and information on systems as necessary in order to achieve the best outcomes for the organisation. This will require effective engagement with staff at all levels to identify and facilitate changes required such as role and business process redesign.
You will also assist in the provision of effective focused digital and soft skills training and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the service, its development and the development of others. You will develop change management skills and support the Digital Change and Training Lead to deliver Trust objectives.

Qualifications
- Good general level of education, including GCSE Maths and English
- Degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Training qualification
- APMIC/Prince 2 project management qualification
Experience
- Recent NHS experience in a clinical, administrative or managerial role
- Has provided direct user training and guidance in clinical digital systems
- Experience in developing user guides and documentation relating to clinical systems
- Experience of process redesign, organisational development and/or change management
Skills
- Digital literacy - confident use of MS packages, including Excel
- Able to motivate and encourage
- Able to take people through change process design and redesign
- Good report writing, communication and presentation skills
- Able to lead and facilitate group work
- Able to adapt to changing situations quickly
