TWS Service Desk Analyst
Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible staff to join the Digital Service Desk team as a Service Desk Analyst via our Temporary Workforce Services team.
The successful candidates will be adaptable, good with IT, and display excellent team working abilities.

Working on the bank, your roles and responsibilities will vary according to your placement or shifts picked up, giving you the opportunity for a wide variety of experience.
Main duties of the job
As a member of our Temporary Workforce team, you can enjoy the flexibility to work in locations and at hours that suit you, fulfilling a variety of short and longer term roles dependent on your preference and on service needs.You must have good communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. Experience of dealing with the public, great keyboard skills and Microsoft Office experience are necessary.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Educated to NVQ Level 4 / Diploma level or equivalent in Computing or IT related subject to include administration and customer service skills
- Proven level of literacy and numeracy - GCSE grade C or above
- Understanding of ITIL framework and processes
Experience
- Customer Service telephone call handling experience
- Experience of delivery to key targets
- Experience of working with suppliers from a range of technical functions such as servers, desktops, network etc.
- Experience of working in team environments
- NHS experience
- Awareness of NHS Information Governance principles
