Workday Implementation Consultant
We are seeking experienced Workday Implementation Consultants to support a long-term engagement with a prestigious client. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful Workday HCM projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solution
- Provide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM and Absence Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must-Have Requirements
- Workday HCM Certification OR UK Payroll Certification (active and verified).
- Proven experience in Workday implementations, ideally across multiple clients or industries
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly Desirable
- Workday Absence Certification.
- Experience with other Workday modules (e.g., Time Tracking & Compensation).
- Workday Reporting and Integration knowledge.
