Are you a full-stack engineer with a passion for AI and clinical development A fast-growing AI-driven clinical development platform is looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer (Front-End Heavy) based in the UK to design and build tools that help biotech and pharma teams make faster, smarter decisions throughout the clinical development lifecycle.
You’ll work on interactive dashboards and AI-powered applications that turn complex clinical data into actionable insights.
What You’ll Do as an AI Engineer
- Build front-end interfaces that visualise AI/ML insights for clinical development teams
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on user experience and usability
- Collaborate with data science, clinical, and software teams to integrate AI models into decision-support tools
- Optimise AI models and platform components for performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance
- Help translate clinical development needs into interactive, actionable solutions
- Stay current with AI/ML, modern front-end frameworks, and clinical informatics trends
Who You Are
- Experienced in full-stack development, with strong front-end skills (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and relevant AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data pipelines/ETL
- Knowledge of clinical data standards (CDISC, HL7, FHIR) is a plus
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and excited to apply AI to clinical development challenges
