AI Image and Video Specialist

Echo Sourcing is investing in advanced AI image and video capability to support our design and sourcing work. We're looking for a freelance AI Image and Video Specialist to join the team.

The work

• ComfyUI image generation: building and maintaining workflows that produce buyer-grade output
• Avatar library: curating and training LoRA models for an internal avatar collection
• Image-to-video generation: tuning pipelines that turn approved stills into short, catwalk-style clips
• Recolour quality: making sure recoloured designs read as true colourways
• Model maintenance over time: retraining, drift, quality, new avatars

What you'd need to bring

• Deep ComfyUI expertise, including workflow design and deploying workflows as a callable service
• LoRA and diffusion-model training (Flux or equivalent), with a strong eye for fashion image quality
• Image-to-video generation experience
• Prompt and parameter engineering for consistent, brand-coherent output
• Comfortable working to an ethical-AI and rights-clean standard (we use internally curated images, no real-person likeness)
