We’re looking for a ShareDo Developer to join a growing technology team within a professional services environment, supporting the rollout of a new case and workflow management platform across the business.
This is a unique opportunity to get involved at the early stages of implementation, helping shape how the platform is designed, configured and adopted. You’ll play a key role in building workflows, improving processes and delivering solutions that enhance how teams manage and deliver their work.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, including legal teams, operations and technology. You’ll translate business requirements into practical system solutions, ensuring the platform is scalable, efficient and user-friendly from day one.
This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility on location, it will require 2 days a week in the office (Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, London).
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and configuring workflows, work types and forms within ShareDo
- Building and refining processes to support efficient delivery of work
- Customising fields, layouts and business rules to meet business needs
- Developing automation to reduce manual effort and improve user experience
- Creating custom functionality using JavaScript where required
- Integrating ShareDo with other internal and external systems via APIs
- Supporting the rollout and continuous improvement of the platform
What we’re looking for
- Experience working with the ShareDo platform (development or configuration)
- Strong JavaScript skills and understanding of modern web technologies
- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration
- Experience designing workflows or improving business processes
- Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions
- Experience within legal or professional services environments is beneficial
