We are working with a leading global law firm with a significant international presence, operating across key commercial and financial centres worldwide. The firm is recognised for its collaborative culture, international capability, and focus on delivering high-quality client service across a broad range of sectors.
They are seeking an able and ambitious Commercial and Technology Contracts Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their London team. The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border matters with a strong focus on commercial contracts and technology-driven solutions.
The team advises on a wide variety of international transactions across sectors including technology, data, healthcare, energy, financial services, and retail.
Typical duties for the role will include:
- Advising on complex technology and outsourcing transactions for international clients.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across services and supply arrangements.
- Supporting on consulting, reseller, introducer, referral, and distribution agreements.
- Advising on outsourcing, technology (including fintech), and end-to-end software services.
- Working on cloud hosting, software licensing, and end-user licensing agreements.
- Supporting on collaboration and teaming agreements, website terms, and commercial intellectual property matters.
- Engaging directly with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years PQE with experience in commercial and technology contracts.
- Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence in interacting directly with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to high client service standards.
- Willingness to participate in business development and marketing activities.
