Cyber Security Support Analyst

We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Birmingham. They are recruiting for a Cyber Security Support Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Installing and maintaining the firms IT Infrastructure
• Providing advice and guidance to colleagues
• Proactively monitor cyber security applications performance
• Working alongside the cyber security team
• Installing and configuring hardware
• Providing assistance and escalation to the IT Department

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of IS infrastructure
• Experience and exposure to Cyber Security
• Familiarity with networking concepts
• Excellent communications skills
• Proficiency with first and second-line user support
