Embedded Software Engineer

We are currently supporting a client who is looking to hire an Embedded Software Engineer on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of projects within a dynamic team environment.

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

• Working across the whole product life cycle
• Working with a host of different stakeholders including scientists and designers
• Taking ownership for achievement of own activities
• Integration testing, investigation and resolution of issues
• Participating in project planning and technical reviews
• Updating documentation when required

The successful candidate will have:

• A relevant degree
• Experience in embedded software development
• Experience with Linux
• Strong experience programming in C
• Experience of Bare metal/RTOS development on ARM targets
• Experience of high level software architecture
