Sales Administrator
My client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing sales and marketing team. This is an office-based role, supporting a fast-paced and innovative business operating within the technology space.
Key duties include:
• Processing customer orders, quotations and invoices accurately
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system with client and sales data
• Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
• Supporting order fulfilment by liaising with internal logistics and operations teams
• Assisting with customer account setup and administration
• Working closely with sales and marketing to support campaigns and communications
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales administration processes
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in a sales administration, sales support or customer service role
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems would be desirable
