Sales Administrator

My client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fully office-based role, supporting a fast-paced and forward-thinking business operating within the technology sector.

Key duties include:

• Accurately processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices

• Maintaining and updating the CRM system with customer and sales information

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email

• Supporting order fulfilment by liaising with internal logistics and operations teams

• Assisting with customer account setup and ongoing administration

• Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and communications

The ideal candidate will have:

• The want to work in an office position

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Confident written and verbal communication skills

• Experience using CRM systems (desirable but not essential)
