Technical Service Manager
We are supporting a global telecommunications organisation based near Reigate who are looking to add a Technical Service Manager to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing briefings to to senior management regarding status and plan of action for support casesLiaising with teams as cases are escalated
- Minor projects that fall under support
- Provisioning training to 1st and 2nd line support staff
- Creating support documentation as required
- Tracking trends using the ticketing system and other resources
- Preparing handover notes for other in support teams
The Successful candidate will have:
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Royal Navy technical comms experience
- Understanding of wider MOD networks
- Ability to meet deadlines
- A strong passion for problem solving
- Ability to achieve CV clearance
- Technical experience of electronic/electrical, IT networking equipment and satellite communication
