Job Title: NetSuite Administrator (Growth-Focused)

The Opportunity

This isn’t a “keep the lights on” admin role.

We’re looking for a NetSuite Administrator who’s solid in the fundamentals but hungry to level up — someone who wants exposure to bigger systems thinking, automation, integrations, and real ownership. If you’re the kind of person who’s been thinking “I know there’s more I could be doing with NetSuite”, this role is built for you.

You’ll work in an environment where improvement is expected, learning is supported, and progression is intentional — not accidental.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning day-to-day NetSuite administration (roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports)
• Supporting users across the business — but also identifying ways to reduce support demand through smarter setup
• Building and optimising workflows and automation to improve efficiency
• Maintaining data integrity and system performance
• Assisting with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
• Partnering with finance, operations, and tech teams to translate business needs into system solutions
• Documenting processes and improvements (so knowledge scales with you)

What We’re Looking For

Core skills (you’ve already got these):

• Hands-on experience administering NetSuite
• Comfortable with saved searches, workflows, roles & permissions
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical users

Growth indicators (this matters more than perfection):

• You’ve started exploring SuiteScript, integrations, or advanced customisation
• You actively look for better ways to do things — not just follow existing processes
• You’re curious about why things work, not just how
• You’re open to feedback and want to improve quickly
