• Lead the design and delivery of backend services and APIs
• Mentor and manage a team of 3+ junior engineers
• Drive best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and observability
• Collaborate across product, frontend, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

What we're looking for:

• Strong backend experience: .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python
• Proven API design, database, and cloud platform skills
• Hands-on leadership and team management experience
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a big plus
