Project Manager

Ecosurety are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to help create and shape our project management function and framework from the ground up. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage complex projects, and quickly feed learnings back into improving processes.

You'll work closely with agile tech teams and stakeholders across the business, ensuring projects are delivered effectively while supporting the development of a scalable project management approach. Job Description

  • Lead and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Help design and iterate the project management framework.
  • Collaborate with agile development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Create reports to communicate the progress, risks, risk mitigation and issues related to projects.
  • Present on the progress of projects to various boards at Ecosurety.
  • Capture and provide feedback on lessons learned to improve processes continuously.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience as a successful Project Manager in technology-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver on time, within budget and to the required standards.
  • Prince2 or similar project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with tech teams.
  • Solid technical background to engage effectively with developers and architects.
  • Experience in a compliance or regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outcome focused with a keen eye for detail.
  • Can critically question practices, procedures, ideas and/or solution
  • Experience in creating and developing data products.
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and distil them into actionable tasks for the teams.

Package

  • £60,000 per year
  • Permanent full-time contract (would consider some flexibility for the right candidate)
  • 28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
