Commercial Excellence Manager

The Opportunity
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives across Procurement, Finance, and IT. You will take full ownership of deployment from proof of concept through long-term engagement, embedding with client teams to uncover challenges, structure solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.
You’ll play a key role in shaping client lifecycle processes and feeding real-world insights directly into product development—helping refine features, roadmap priorities, and company-wide best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client deployment and end-to-end value delivery
- Build deep, trusted relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders
- Guide client teams through adoption of a cutting-edge data intelligence platform
- Translate client needs into actionable feedback for internal product teams
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction, engagement, and long-term partnership
- Structure scopes of work, sequence delivery, and manage trade-offs to protect execution

Ideal Profile

Experience in enterprise procurement processes is a plus.
