Location: Surrey (Fully On-Site)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (12 Months)

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for operations and logistics? Our client, a fast-growing and innovative technology company based in Surrey, is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is a fully on-site role, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge tech products in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, inventory control, procurement, and supplier coordination.

• Logistics Management: Ensure efficient and timely product distribution, warehouse coordination, and delivery scheduling.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

• Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and Product Development to ensure smooth operational workflows.

• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key operational metrics, generate regular reports, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

• Proven experience in a commercial operations or supply chain/logistics role, ideally within the technology or electronics sector.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in MS Office,

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
