IT Asset Management & Licences Officer - £446/day (Umbrella)
Location: North West London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management & Licences Officer to join a Shared Technology Services team in North West London on a 6-month contract, offering £446 per day (umbrella) and flexible hybrid working.

• Manage and control software assets across boroughs, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and policy adherence.

• Validate and process licence and subscription invoices, renewals, transfers, and internal billing.

• Maintain accurate records and produce monthly usage and cost reports.

• Develop and implement policies to optimise licence usage and maximise value for money.

• Support the Procurement team with day-to-day activities and provide cover when required.

• Strong understanding of complex IT support services in large, multi-faceted organisations.

• Experience within local authorities or similarly complex environments.

• Solid knowledge of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
