BIM Specialist - Coordination Focused

London | Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days WFH
£40,000 - £50,000 DOE

A leading engineering consultancy is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their London team. This is a hands-on role focused on Revit MEP modelling and coordination across building services projects up to Stage 4.

The Role

• Develop mechanical, electrical and public health services within Revit.
• Coordinate building services against architectural and structural models.
• Take ownership of assigned modelling and coordination packages.
• Identify and resolve clashes, working closely with engineers where required.
• Attend coordination meetings and communicate modelling issues clearly.
• Produce accurate, coordinated drawings and project deliverables.
• Follow BIM standards, modelling procedures and project workflows.

About You

• Strong Revit MEP experience.
• Good understanding of building services and coordination.
• Experience working on projects up to Stage 4.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings, mark-ups and technical information.
• Confident identifying and resolving clashes within Revit.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, quality-focused approach.
