A growing Managed Service Provider is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join its expanding customer operations team in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working within IT support, service desk, infrastructure support, or an MSP environment who wants to move into a more customer-focused position while continuing to build technical exposure.

The business operates across managed IT services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data solutions, supporting a wide range of customers from SMEs through to large enterprise and public sector organisations.

The Role

You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping manage service relationships, coordinate support activity, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Working closely with internal technical and engineering teams, you’ll support onboarding, service reviews, incident coordination, and customer engagement across the client base.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate incidents and escalations with technical teams
  • Support onboarding and ongoing customer engagement
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service performance
  • Assist with service reviews and continuous improvement activity
  • Support long-term customer retention and account growth
Requirements
  • Experience within an IT support, MSP, or technical services environment
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or managed services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
  • Microsoft 365 / Azure exposure
  • MSP experience
  • ITIL or Microsoft certifications
  • Exposure to cybersecurity or cloud technologies
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Autotask or Halo
