✨ What you will work on

• Building and enhancing backend services and high‐availability systems
• Designing scalable REST APIs used in real‐world high‐traffic environments
• Working end‐to‐end across design, development, CI/CD, and release
• Contributing to a modern engineering culture that values autonomy, quality, and continuous improvement

🔧 Tech & skills required

✔ 3–5 years’ backend Java experience

✔ Strong Spring (Core/Boot)

✔ REST APIs

✔ Relational databases (schema design, performance optimisation)

✔ CI/CD, Git, modern dev practices

✔ Experience building high‐availability, scalable systems

🤖 Experience with AI‐assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.)
