Fast‐growing fintech organisation is expanding its engineering team, and we are looking for a talented Ruby on Rails Software Engineer. You will help build the next generation of merchant‐focused financial products.

What you will work on

• Building and maintaining production‐grade Rails applications
• Designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Writing automated tests to ensure quality and reliability
• Collaborating across small, high‐trust engineering teams

⭐ Tech & Skills required

• 3–5 years’ experience building real‐world Ruby on Rails applications
• Strong OO design + MVC fundamentals
• Confidence with REST APIs, relational databases and automated testing
• A proactive, curious engineer who loves solving problems
• Someone who thrives in both solo and collaborative environments
• React/JavaScript experience is a bonus — but not essential.
