Senior IT Service Delivery Analyst
Are you an experienced IT professional with strong 2nd to 3rd line support skills and a passion for delivering first-class service? We’re hiring a Senior IT Service Delivery Analyst to join a dynamic organisation with a great culture, modern tech stack, and occasional international travel.
The Role:
Expect a mix of remote troubleshooting and on-site support, including travel to international offices up to six times a year. You'll also benefit from a dedicated annual IT training budget.
Core Tech You’ll Work With:
- Windows 7/10 – installation, configuration, support
- Windows Server technologies
- Office 365 Admin
- Active Directory – user/admin management
- Microsoft Exchange
- Azure (Fundamentals preferred)
- MDM administration (Intune)
- VPN / Remote Access / SCCM
- Networking: DHCP, DNS, VLAN, Routing
- Thin Clients, Desktops, Mobile Devices & Printers
- Synology, SCALE storage solutions
- Hyper-V virtualisation
- Antivirus management
- ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice)
