Senior IT Service Delivery Analyst

Are you an experienced IT professional with strong 2nd to 3rd line support skills and a passion for delivering first-class service? We’re hiring a Senior IT Service Delivery Analyst to join a dynamic organisation with a great culture, modern tech stack, and occasional international travel.

The Role:

Expect a mix of remote troubleshooting and on-site support, including travel to international offices up to six times a year. You'll also benefit from a dedicated annual IT training budget.

Core Tech You’ll Work With:

• Windows 7/10 – installation, configuration, support
• Windows Server technologies
• Office 365 Admin
• Active Directory – user/admin management
• Microsoft Exchange
• Azure (Fundamentals preferred)
• MDM administration (Intune)
• VPN / Remote Access / SCCM
• Networking: DHCP, DNS, VLAN, Routing
• Thin Clients, Desktops, Mobile Devices & Printers
• Synology, SCALE storage solutions
• Hyper-V virtualisation
• Antivirus management
• ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice)
