The Mission

Design and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that actually move the needle – not just prototypes that sit on a shelf. You’ll be working at the intersection of:

• Large Language Models & AI Agents
• AI Frameworks and Solutions for Clients
• Enterprise-scale AI adoption

This is a role where strategy meets hands-on engineering – building scalable AI systems while shaping how an entire organisation leverages AI.

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience designing & deploying AI/ML solutions
• Expert knowledge of LLMs, AI frameworks & agent-based systems
• Experience in building RAG Systems
• Cloud expertise across AWS / Azure / GCP
• Ability to turn complex problems into scalable architectures
• Passion for AI innovation (this isn’t a “maintenance” role)
• Motivated by Innovation and a desire to build

Location: London (Hybrid) – 2-3 Days On-Site

Salary: £70,000 – £130,000
