SDR Manager (12-Month Maternity Cover)

London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

Work with a leading technology business that is looking to bring on an experienced SDR Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, high-growth organisation and take ownership of a motivated Sales Development team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 SDRs to exceed pipeline and activity targets
  • Drive outbound strategy, including messaging, cadences, and performance optimisation
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure strong alignment across the funnel
  • Monitor metrics and deliver regular reporting on pipeline performance and team effectiveness
  • Run weekly 1:1s, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to elevate SDR capabilities
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing SDR teams of 6+ people
  • Background in the tech industry—SaaS, CDN, Cybersecurity, or related fields
  • Strong coaching skills and a track record of developing early-career talent
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
