What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 SDRs to exceed pipeline and activity targets
Drive outbound strategy, including messaging, cadences, and performance optimisation
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure strong alignment across the funnel
Monitor metrics and deliver regular reporting on pipeline performance and team effectiveness
Run weekly 1:1s, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to elevate SDR capabilities
Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and team culture
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing SDR teams of 6+ people
Background in the tech industry—SaaS, CDN, Cybersecurity, or related fields
Strong coaching skills and a track record of developing early-career talent
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and make informed decisions
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
