The Role

You will focus on:

  • Winning new business
  • Building long-term client relationships
  • Managing your own accounts
  • Working closely with delivery consultants to fill roles
  • Growing your own desk and revenue

If you are stronger in business development, delivery support can be built around you. Over time, you can move into a full 360 consultant role if desired.

There is also future opportunity to step into account management on larger clients.

Who This Is For

We are looking for:

  • B2B sales professionals
  • IT sales, MSP, VAR or technology services backgrounds
  • Energy or commercial utilities sales backgrounds
  • Individuals used to working towards targets
  • People confident with cold calling and opening new accounts

This suits someone who has sold solutions, not just products.

You must be commercially driven, organised and comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers.

Earnings and Commission

Base salary typically between £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience.

Realistic earnings:

  • Year 1: £70,000–£80,000
  • Year 2: £100,000+ for strong performers

Commission is uncapped and paid monthly under a structured, tiered plan. High performers are rewarded properly.
