Benefits- £27,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission structure from 10% up to 40%

About the RoleYou will join the business as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant specialising in AI and technology markets.
Your role will involve:
- Speaking with candidates across AI, data, and technology markets
- Learning how businesses hire within specialist sectors
- Managing recruitment processes from interview through to offer
- Building your own network of candidates and clients over time
- Developing expertise within a high-growth market
The first two months are focused heavily on training and development. You will learn the fundamentals of recruitment, how markets operate, and how successful consultants build long-term relationships.
From there, you will begin working towards your first deals and building consistency across your first six months.
You will work alongside experienced consultants who are already performing at a high level.
