Joining as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll specialise in AI and technology recruitment while learning from consultants already performing at a very high level.

Your first few months are dedicated to structured training, giving you the foundations needed to build a successful recruitment career before managing your own client and candidate relationships.

You'll learn how specialist recruitment works, understand your market and gradually begin managing your own recruitment processes with ongoing support from experienced consultants and managers.
