This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist recruitment consultancy with an established presence across Technology, Legal and Financial Services recruitment.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training while learning every stage of the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing specialist talent across Technology, Legal and Financial Services
• Managing recruitment processes from initial brief to placement
• Conducting candidate interviews
• Market mapping and research
• Supporting business development activity
• Building long-term client partnerships
• Becoming a specialist within your chosen market

No recruitment experience is required.

You'll receive a structured training programme covering:

• Recruitment fundamentals
• Business development
• Candidate management
• Negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness
• Market mapping
• Client relationship management

Sporting achievements, positions of responsibility, sales experience or examples of high performance are all highly desirable but not essential.

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

This is a full-time, office-based role. The business believes the best Graduate Recruitment Consultants develop through collaboration, mentoring and learning directly from experienced consultants.
