As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process while developing into a specialist recruiter.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and engaging candidates across AI, Technology and Data markets
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing recruitment processes from briefing to offer
• Conducting candidate interviews
• Coordinating interviews and feedback
• Negotiating offers
• Developing new business opportunities
• Building long-term professional networks
• Becoming a specialist within your chosen market

No recruitment experience is required.

You'll receive structured training covering:
