The business recruits across Artificial Intelligence, Technology, Data, Clean Energy and Government Transformation and has a strong track record of training graduates into successful Recruitment Consultants.
No recruitment experience is required. Full training is provided.

The Role
You’ll be trained to become a specialist recruiter within markets including AI, Technology, Data and Clean Energy.
Your role will involve:
- Finding and speaking with candidates
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing interviews and recruitment processes
- Developing new business
- Negotiating job offers
- Building your own specialist market
You’ll receive full training in recruitment, sales, business development, negotiation and client management.
